Hardware Warranty

1. One-Year Limited Industrial Warranty

Kerova Systems Ltd warrants that all commercial agricultural hardware (Bio-Sensing Pellets and Aquatic Nodes) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under standard agricultural deployment for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial activation.

2. Coverage Exclusions

This warranty is strictly voided under the following conditions:

• Physical destruction beyond rated crush thresholds (e.g., direct grinding by heavy industrial tilling machinery without proper depth deployment).
• Exposure to sustained temperatures exceeding 85°C (185°F) or below -40°C (-40°F) for non-cryo-rated units.
• Intentional chemical submersion in highly corrosive industrial acids unassociated with standard farming runoff.

3. Prototype & Space Hardware Exemption

Any hardware provided under the "Future Horizons" or "R&D" sectors (including Exosuit actuators, lunar analog sensors, and micro-reactor components) are provided strictly "AS IS" for beta testing and structural analysis. These prototype systems carry no commercial warranty and are utilized entirely at the operator's risk.
