Kerova Systems Ltd ("we," "our," "us") operates strictly on a principle of ecological and operational data collection. Hardware deployed (including Bio-Sensing Pellets and Kerova Farmers Portal integrations) collects environmental telemetry including soil moisture, nitrogen saturation, pH levels, and localized weather patterns. This data is entirely anonymized upon transmission to our central servers.

2. Personal Information

To operate commercial accounts, we collect necessary corporate data: Authorized representative names, company registration numbers, billing addresses, and secure payment tokens (processed exclusively via Stripe). We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal or corporate operational data to third-party advertisers.

3. GDPR & Data Rights

As a registered entity in the United Kingdom, Kerova Systems operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 4. Space & Defense Telemetry Exclusions

Data collected via hardware explicitly designated for aerospace, orbital, or defense applications (including Exosuit prototypes and lunar analogs) is subject to strict encryption protocols and may be legally exempt from standard deletion requests due to national and international aerospace security regulations.
