Kerova Systems Ltd | Company Registration Subject to UK Law

1. Hardware & Software Licensing

Purchase of Kerova Systems hardware (Bio-Pellets, aquatic sensors, Exosuit modules) grants the buyer physical ownership of the unit. However, the software operating within the hardware and the Kerova Farmers Portal remains the exclusive intellectual property of Kerova Systems Ltd. Users are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to utilize the software ecosystem.

2. Operational Limitations

Kerova agricultural hardware is designed to provide highly accurate telemetry to assist in ecological and agricultural decision-making. Kerova Systems Ltd is not legally or financially liable for crop failures, financial losses, or environmental damages resulting from the misinterpretation of data, hardware malfunction, or failure to physically verify extreme readings.

3. Reverse Engineering & Tampering

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or physically alter the proprietary circuitry of Kerova sensors or micro-nuclear grid prototypes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of portal access, voiding of all warranties, and potential legal action under intellectual property laws.
